Description
• Responsible for top line premium growth and case count • Build consulting relationships with partners • Consult with producers to create value • Meet or exceed assigned production plan • Train and develop producers and agencies • Analyze markets for recruiting and marketing programs • Maintain strong working relationships with support teams • Provide feedback on marketplace changes
Requirements
• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • 7 or more years of Employee Benefit Sales experience (Preferred) • This job does not have supervisory duties. • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
