Description

• Deliver an excellent Provider experience by managing the onboarding process for Providers. • Train and onboard Providers to the Wonderschool platform and suite of products. • Support new Providers in their journey to become opened and licensed. • Help Providers grow their businesses and make more money. • Be super organized; log all interactions and call notes in CRM (Hubspot). • Empower Providers to be self-starters, to proactively find answers to their questions, and to become adept users of Wonderschool’s products. • Work closely with sales, customer support and engineering to report issues and bugs. • Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the provider team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of onboarding, customer service, or account management experience in the technology or education space. • Comfort with high volume/velocity customer interactions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, video demos, and audio calls. • Prior experience using Hubspot or another CRM solution. • Demonstrated embodiment of Wonderschool values: • Delight Customers: Empathy and patience for our customer base. • Be Scrappy: Quick learning, curiosity, and adaptability in a ever-changing start-up environment. • Be a Driver: Strong problem-solving skills.
