Description

β€’ Serve as administrator for Sales and Service cloud, which include many custom SFDC objects β€’ Provide support for new processes needed by key stakeholders across the organization β€’ Work cross-functionally to gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine Salesforce business requirements β€’ Create business analysis documentation including user stories, usage scenarios, process flows, data dictionaries, requirements traceability matrices, design documents, and project schedules β€’ Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency. β€’ Effectively manage Salesforce through maintaining objects, fields, fieldsets, record types, page layouts, permission sets, approval processes, user roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules β€’ Maintain a consistent work ethic while working through diverse requests and an ever-changing startup environment β€’ Provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce platform, processes, and solutions

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce.com β€’ Salesforce Admin certification β€’ Solid understanding & knowledge of SFDC configuration including: Custom Object Relationships, Automations (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder), Lightning Experience (Classic helpful), Chatter / Macros / Knowledge / Einstein Bot / Communities β€’ Action-oriented. Experience with loading and managing sprint deliverables. β€’ Comfortable working independently in an extremely fast-paced high-growth team environment. β€’ Effective presentation, technical writing, analytical, and communication skills β€’ Experience working with product, engineering or other technical teams (nice to have) β€’ Experience with Apex, HTML, SOQL (nice to have) β€’ Experience with Marketo, LeanData, and/or other Marketing tools (nice to have) β€’ Service Cloud Consultant certification (nice to have)
