It involves working with large and complex client organizations to address their unmet needs.
β’ Minimum of 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the execution and management in the marketplace. β’ A bachelor's degree in civil or environmental science/engineering or a related field from an accredited program is preferred. β’ Demonstrated experience selling into multiple executive and plant-level functions within Private Sector clients. β’ Ability to serve as the liaison between the Client and our technical and delivery teams. β’ Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence. β’ Identify, lead, and participate in business development, bid, and proposal efforts. β’ Strong desire to grow an organization and the ability to motivate others. β’ Strong communication skills. β’ Ability to travel to client and company facilities up to 50% of the time.
