Description

• The Solution Consultant provides pre-sales support in the development and presentation of solutions • Offer specific technical subject matter expertise to the sales function • Supporting business and functional aspects via technical and architecture presentations • Conduct process assessments with customers • Build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements • Assist Sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field ; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or a related field • Preferred Qualifications: Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Consultant level in the Big Four or public accounting • Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present a value based, compelling software demonstrations
