Description

• Lead user experience design for your product area, driving innovation and crafting intuitive, customer-delighting solutions • Define and evangelize a design vision, aligning stakeholders and fostering a shared sense of purpose • Apply design systems thinking, leveraging reusable components to maintain visual and functional consistency across the platform • Prototype and test iteratively, ensuring designs meet both user needs and business objectives • Optimize for scalability, ensuring design solutions can grow and adapt with evolving business needs and user expectations • Collaborate with research to conduct user interviews and testing, turning insights into actionable design opportunities • Facilitate design ideation and collaboration, solving complex problems with creative, fresh approaches • Collaborate with engineering, maintaining high design quality across multiple product areas • Track success metrics, iterating on solutions post-launch to drive continuous improvement • Ensure consistency and quality across projects and platforms, maintaining a cohesive user experience

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX experience, with a track record of shipping successful products • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, UX, Software Engineering, Psychology, or related fields • A portfolio that showcases strong design in delivered projects, with a focus on a solid design process and measurable outcomes that drive both user satisfaction and business success • Proven experience tackling complex, large-scale UX challenges • Strong leadership in cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, within Lean UX/Agile environments • Mastery of design systems, particularly in medium- to large-scale organizations • A passion for user-centered design, with a portfolio showcasing business and user outcomes • Expertise in visual design, systems thinking, and user-centered practices • Experience mentoring and directing other designers • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Mastery of design and prototyping tools (we use Figma) • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams
