📋 Description

• Workrise is the source-to-pay solution built for energy. • The Associate Worker Recruiting is responsible for sourcing workers and reviewing resumes and finding opportunities for workers across multiple categories and roles. • This position works closely with the worker recruiting team to help build and maintain the pipeline of workers to support the organization’s ability to deliver quality workers quickly and efficiently to clients. • Regular, on-time attendance. • Ability to travel 10% of the time. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone. • Occasionally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.) • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines • Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base • Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences • Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment
