β€’ As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be first point of communication for insureds. β€’ Handle questions regarding policies, payments, cancellations and other topics. β€’ Interact with customers via phone and email. β€’ Assist Non-Licensed team with requests from Customers and Sales agents.

Requirements

β€’ Superior people skills and a strong empathetic nature β€’ Ability to work with those in distress; you can de-escalate and resolve customer concerns via phone β€’ Superb attention to detail (it seems obvious, but this one is important!) β€’ You love learning new skills and can work with tools such as G-Suite, Slack, Zoom and Kustomer β€’ Not afraid to tackle problems and work to solve them independently β€’ Has a strong technical ability β€’ You are flexible and coachable β€’ Highly Organized and able to manage multiple tasks/follow-ups with customers β€’ An active Property & Casualty Insurance License
