• Six-Month Recruiter Contract: Approximately March 31st - September 26th• Work Type: The selected candidate must reside in California. You will collaborate on a daily basis with our Talent Acquisition Operations department, Human Resource Business Partners, regional executive leadership, and local site hiring managers to source, screen, assess, and hire top talent for our Residential and Military Housing clients while offering high-level candidate experience and customer service.
• Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills through Lever, Phenom, Indeed, and LinkedIn.• High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation.• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.• Acute attention to detail.• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Comfortable presenting hiring updates to key stakeholders on a weekly/biweekly basis (virtually).• Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees (both management and staff alike), vendors, clients, and others.
