• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on sales tools, processes, and methodologies. • Assess the training needs of the sales team and create tailored training plans to address those needs. • Stakeholder management within the region to proactively identify potential opportunities to expand programs. • Ensure review of Intake Process for any regional asks • Facilitate Virtual and In-person workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales skills and performance. • Maintain, enhance, design and develop end-to-end learning programs, including eLearning modules, virtual facilitation, and live facilitation sessions. • Utilized instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training materials. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the Vertical Growth team to identify and highlight regional trends and opportunities within key verticals and ensure training covers those key learnings. • Provide ongoing support and consultation to the sales team to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives. • Stay updated on the latest sales tools, techniques, and industry best practices to keep the training programs relevant and effective. • Plan and organize training schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the NA/LATAM region. • Enterprise Sales Experience • Strong understanding of sales tools, processes, and methodologies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly with a commercial audience and senior stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance learning content. • Exceptional planning and analytical skills. • High Proficiency in instructional design and creating comprehensive learning programs. • Language Skills English Spanish and Portuguese would be beneficial.
