Description
• Be a strategic partner to product by building thoughtful and thorough business cases for new opportunities. • Develop and lead value creation planning. • Oversee the preparation and presentation of regular initiative updates to finance leadership and the executive team. • Support bi-weekly growth operating meetings with ELT. • M&A support through financial due diligence of target companies. • Spearhead large opex projects spanning across the organization. • Drive look-back analyses measuring ROI compared to business cases. • Partner cross-functionally by embedding into initiative workstreams. • Lead a team of 1-3 supporting roles from analyst to senior manager level.
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, and or Consulting roles supporting strategy, business casing. • Proven ability to assess initiatives with a strategic lens. • Ability to support multiple business leaders in developing business cases, M&A processes, and executive level presentations. • Thoughtful collaborator focused on understanding business challenges, building relationships, and driving impact.
