Requirements

• Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives. • General understanding in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) • Proven ability to lead junior consultants and client SME teams. • Experience implementing additional Finance modules, including: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Cost accounting, Cost management and Fixed Assets, and Asset Management. • General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities. • Ability to travel up to 50% • Proven ability to successfully implement D365 Project Management and Accounting desired and preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • An understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license • Experience implementing sales tax in multiple countries. • 3+ years in Dynamics AX and/or D365F&O • Understanding typical project reporting requirements for project-based organizations such as budget versus actual costs and revenues, Project profitability reporting and Work in Process • understanding of project budgets, forecasts, transactions (timesheet, expenses, purchase orders, basic production, basic asset management), invoicing and revenue recognition • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction. • Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of the organization. • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones. • Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) • Experience writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) • Experience with Data migration using the Data management framework in Dynamics 365
