• Define, maintain, and communicate a consolidated strategic view of development strategy, initiatives, and outcomes. • Rationalize the development portfolio, ensuring alignment with the broader investment strategy. • Develop and deliver board and executive content, including end-state architecture narratives, staffing strategies, and CTO goals. • Act as the chief delegate for the Director of Engineering Strategy, performing ad hoc analysis and material creation as needed. • Maintain modernization roadmaps, aligned with broader product roadmaps, in partnership with program management teams. • Lead outcome-focused trade-off facilitation, providing strategic insights rooted in long-term vision and external benchmarking. • Define, mature, and standardize the development organizational governance model across all lines of business, aligning with enterprise governance. • Drive automation and streamlining across governance forums in partnership with key groups

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree • 4+ years of overall experience, previous experience in consulting preferred • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact effectively with personnel and management across technical and business functions • Previous experience in payments/fintech is preferred • Strong interpersonal, communication & quantitative skills • Dexterous multitasker ready to jump in to tackle new challenges thoughtfully • Strong sense of teamwork and motivation to contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues
