📋 Description

• Lead the national corporate campaign work of Worth Rises. • Report to the Chief Advocacy Officer to develop and execute corporate campaign strategies. • Oversee the corporate campaigns team and engage with stakeholders and decision-makers. • Advocate for changes related to corporate practices in the prison industry. • Build coalitions and engage directly impacted communities to center their voices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience developing, running, and winning corporate campaigns. • At least two years of management experience, preferably managing staff directly impacted by incarceration. • Very strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong relationships across the divestment and economic justice movements. • Ability to productively engage in and defuse conflicts, as necessary. • Working understanding of the prison industry and corporate finance. • Willingness to travel as required.
