Requirements

•2-3+ years of relevant work experience in HR, data analysis, or related fields; 3-5+ years of total work experience is ideal •Experience within Media, digital marketing, technology, or tech-enabled services environments preferred •Proficiency in using various HRIS system functionalities for employee data management, reporting, and analysis. •Strong understanding of HR processes and data management, exceptional analytical skills, and an eye for detail •A data focused and process driven mindset •Advanced level Excel or Google Sheets skills including macros, pivot tables, and some VBA •Experience building & maintaining file feeds with vendors •Experience in an org-wide HRIS implementation •Ability to analyze data critically to find meaningful insights •Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities •A solution-minded approach to overcoming challenges and designing effective solutions •Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights •Proven ability to scale data reports and experience working with large and complex datasets •Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally and convey information effectively •Ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences in clear and accessible ways •Dedication to strong ownership, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders •Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
