Description

• Maintain and update the Company’s Employee Handbook • Ensure compliance with state and federal people reporting requirements • Stay up to date with legislative changes impacting the HR function • Monitor federal, state, and local employment laws for changes • Communicate impactful legislative changes to appropriate HR stakeholders • Identify HR policies and procedures that need development or updates • Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures • Conduct policy audits to ensure alignment with legal requirements • Responsible for maintaining compliance with EEO, State, and Federal reporting requirements • Partner with internal and external auditing teams to coordinate HR audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or English • 1-3 years Human Resources or similar experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Eye for detail, accuracy and consistency • Able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
