Description

Provide daily support via Salesforce cases and inbound phone calls Troubleshoot issues and investigate to identify root causes Manage assigned case log with ownership of responsibilities Recognize trends and submit tickets for bugs and product requests Identify urgent issues that require engineering intervention

Requirements

2+ years experience in a customer support role or administrative role in the film and entertainment industry Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours per day Excellent communicator (verbal, written, and listening) Aptitude for problem solving and delivering information confidently Voracious appetite to learn, organized and able to prioritize effectively Tenacious, hardworking and love working collaboratively Extremely analytical, meticulous, and organized Comfortable with a rapid pace and changing landscape of early stage startup Film and Television Production Accounting experience strongly preferred Motion Picture Union Payroll experience strongly preferred
