Description

β€’ Engage as a first point of contact with customers β€’ Take ownership of resolving member concerns and healthcare navigation issues β€’ Educate and motivate health insurance plan members β€’ Assist customers, resolve concerns, document communications and facilitate process improvements

Requirements

β€’ Positive, professional, customer-focused mindset β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills; oral and written mastery of the Spanish language is a plus β€’ Minimum of two years’ previous healthcare, health insurance, call center and/or claims experience β€’ High School diploma or equivalent β€’ Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud a plus β€’ Attention to detail and regular attendance required (40 hours per week)
