Description

•Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior IT System Engineer at Wrike •Role involves ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues for employees •Onboarding/offboarding users, managing hardware inventory, providing AV support for remote events •Driving security improvements and leading IT cross-team projects

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a directly related field with 3-5 years of experience •Knowledge of MDMs, Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft stack •Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users •Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and a willingness to assist colleagues. •Hands on experience with server and network hardware and infrastructure
