Description

• Improve processes across the sponsored projects lifecycle • Analyze workflows, create process maps, develop SOPs • Utilize data analytics to enhance efficiency and compliance • Conduct in-depth reviews of existing processes • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and insights • Develop detailed process maps to visualize workflows • Write and maintain SOPs for grant-related activities • Ensure documentation is user-friendly for stakeholders • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement projects • Track project timelines and deliverables • Update stakeholders on project progress • Partner with cross-functional teams to align processes • Present findings and recommendations to leadership • Develop training materials for new processes • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to grant administration • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics • Present analytical findings to stakeholders • Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education • Relevant Experience (2 Years) • Skills: Business Administration, Large Group Presentations, Multitasking, Oral Communications, Organizing Functions, Prioritization, Process Improvements, Process Management, Process Mapping, Process Optimization, Public Administration, Work Collaboratively, Written Communication
