Description

• Manages daily operations of insurance assistance • Educates staff on billing processes • Counsels patients on financial issues • Advises department managers on collection issues • Handles missing charge tickets • Works with pharmacy for drug pricing • Monitors and updates collection totals • Participates in employee training and selection • Assists coverage during staff illness

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education • Relevant Experience: 5 Years • Skills: Accounting, Communication, Customer Service, Finance, Health Insurance, Organizing, Problem Solving, Supervisory Management
