Description

• CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives. • The Business Analyst will perform business analysis, reverse engineering of systems, and develop Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation. • The role focuses on eliciting and documenting requirements, ensuring system quality, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process.) • 5+ years of experience with IT systems or projects. • 2+ years of experience managing IT projects. • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. • Professional proficiency in English is required. • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. • Current, active Secret security clearance preferred. • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite applications. • Specialized experience managing full project releases, including coordination with Product owners, Developers, Infrastructure, testing, and security team. • Familiarity with NIST, FedRAMP, or FISMA requirements. • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of software evaluation principles and practices. • USAID or federal government experience.
