Description

• Responsible for owning the sales process across all stages of the pipeline • Build long-lasting relationships across many parts of an organisation • Think commercially and critically while tackling complex problems for clients • Analytical approach to ensure proposed solutions are a good fit considering clinical and operational context • Contribute towards continuous improvement of a working process to match Isla with Trusts across the NHS • Develop a repeatable process for generating new leads into the business • Reduce average deal duration through validated learning • Contact prospects via phone, emails, and at times through industry events • Work with potential clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with Isla • Collaborate with Product Team to strengthen the platform development • Active involvement in company strategy and key decisions • Explore new market opportunities • Build a network of senior leadership within the NHS • Run product demos and drive next steps with prospects

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, passion, energy and the desire to make a positive change in healthcare • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar • Experienced in building great relationships with key senior decision makers within the NHS • Track record of high performance • Evidence of analytical capabilities and taking a consultative approach to sales • The ability to self-organise and take advantage of a flexible process • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ideally a thorough knowledge of the NHS’s structure, its trends and how it makes decisions on procuring digital solutions • Good to have: experience selling SaaS to the NHS
