📋 Description
• Provide management support to the plant cyber security engineering group • Direct work of individual contributors on the team • Support management of engineering resources and organizational needs • Assist with analysis of systems for advanced reactor technologies • Lead design cycle sprints and provide direction to the engineering team • Manage cyber security engineering staff and promote professional development • Develop strategy, methodology, and technical tools for cyber security • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline from an ABET accredited program • Coursework or experience focusing on cyber security related to control systems and industrial equipment • Typically, seven plus years of professional experience in cyber security engineering after completion of undergraduate study • Knowledge of Federal requirements for cyber security for Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) • Knowledge of IEEE and IEC standards related to cyber security in embedded system and control systems • Basic understanding of nuclear engineering, licensing, regulatory, quality, and safety requirements
