Become part of the community changing the face of the industry. β€’ XO Health is the first health plan designed by and for self-insured employers that delivers a more unified health experience for everyone. β€’ We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented National Accounts Sales Executive to join our team. β€’ You will be responsible for selling self-funded health plans administration, prescription drug administration, stop loss and other benefits offerings to large, self-funded businesses. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health insurance landscape, the ability to navigate complex group policies and negotiations, broad consultant and employer relationships and a proven track record of high-level sales. β€’ Responsibilities include prospecting, consulting, negotiating contracts, building relationships, compliance, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting sales goals.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, specifically in national accounts, self-funded health plans. β€’ Deep understanding of group health insurance products, self-funded plans, and ACA compliance for large employers. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience selling to senior-level executives and decision-makers. β€’ Ability to analyze complex data and communicate the benefits of various health plan options in a clear and persuasive manner. β€’ Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach. β€’ Active health insurance license (required or ability to obtain). β€’ Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. β€’ Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset, while also collaborating with internal teams.
