Become part of the community changing the face of the industry. • We are growing a multi-disciplinary team of diverse and digitally empowered employees ready to rebuild trust in healthcare through comprehensive and unified transformation. • We are a fast-growing healthcare solutions provider specializing in offering innovative, value-based provider network solutions to Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Health Plans. • Our solutions enable TPAs and Health Plans to streamline healthcare delivery, enhance network quality, and reduce overall costs, ensuring a seamless experience for their members. • Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to help us expand our footprint in the healthcare market selling our network solution to TPAs and Health Plans. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health insurance landscape, the ability to navigate complex negotiations, broad TPA or Health Plan experience, and a proven track record of high-level sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably selling provider networks, healthcare technology, or related solutions to TPAs, Health Plans or similar entities. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment. • Strong understanding of provider network solutions and the operational needs of TPAs and Health Plans. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
