β€’ Xometry connects people with manufacturing capabilities. β€’ Responsible for re-qualifying existing leads and reigniting their interest. β€’ Analyse and segment existing leads to identify high-potential prospects. β€’ Develop effective re-engagement strategies and conduct outbound calls. β€’ Persuasively communicate the value proposition to leads. β€’ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts. β€’ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide feedback.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role focused on customer engagement and re-engagement. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone and through other communication channels. β€’ Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple re-engagement campaigns simultaneously. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ A team player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments. β€’ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving targets. β€’ Proficiency in English and German is mandatory (other languages will be advantages).
