• Xometry connects people with manufacturing capabilities. • Responsible for re-qualifying existing leads and reigniting their interest. • Analyse and segment existing leads to identify high-potential prospects. • Develop effective re-engagement strategies and conduct outbound calls. • Persuasively communicate the value proposition to leads. • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide feedback.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role focused on customer engagement and re-engagement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone and through other communication channels. • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple re-engagement campaigns simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • A team player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving targets. • Proficiency in English and German is mandatory (other languages will be advantages).
