Description

• Develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers • Support company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas and innovation proposals • Achieve individual sales targets with assigned pools of customers in specific industry and/or geography • Work with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them • Acquire new customers • Develop opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography • Manage the sales cycle - from initial contact to ensuring repetitive orders flow • Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project and be the primary contact point • Regularly reflect the sales process in the CRM system

Requirements

• Enjoys sales activities and supporting people. Strong customer focus. • Successful sales track record in such industries as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc. • IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software • Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding is a major advantage • Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment • English - a working proficiency level (Dutch - native or bilingual language or others Scandinavian language is a big advantage) • Self-organised and self-motivated person
