• Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management • Manage and develop assigned area business relationships • Hiring, training, and managing a sales team in the assigned geography/product • Supervise activities of the sales team and provide effective coaching • Collaborate with management and cross-functional partners to forecast product sales • Responsible for retaining and expanding existing company relationships • Monitor and analyze market usage of our product • Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts • Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new customer strategies • Represent Company in various civic and community functions

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years professional sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry • Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
