•About the Role: We are recruiting a US Head of Sales for an established leader in the optical and optoelectronics industry. •Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals. •Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with major clients. •Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities. •Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and R&D teams. •Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team in the US.
•Industry Experience: Preferred candidates from optical and optoelectronic companies like Sunny Optical, Largan, or Tamron. •Start-up Experience: Ideally, 2 years in a start-up environment. •Bilingual: Must be bilingual in Chinese.
