• Must have experience selling live, virtual and/or hybrid events for the Life Science industry • Generate new revenue and maximize Company profits • Develop new sales opportunities by executing sales strategies targeting new accounts • Present and demonstrate the value of MC3-Curtis Learning solutions to qualified prospective clients • Implement Business Plans to increase sales volume, and market share • Seek out, build, and maintain a targeted prospect list to pursue • Prepare and negotiate agreements to optimize selling Gross Margins • Work with Production, Finance, Education & Training teams to transition new clients • Provide ongoing market perspective by monitoring competitors, attending conferences
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communication or Business or related field • 3-5 years’ proven successful sales experience in Life Sciences industry • Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry offerings and trends • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software • Motivated, skilled influencer and negotiator; excellent interpersonal skills, • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively lead and interact with multiple disciplines/departments • Solid relationship-building skills; superior customer service skills
