Description

• Well-established national B2B SaaS company seeks a dynamic sales team leader! • Must have experience selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions. • The Director of Sales is a pivotal member of FCS’ leadership team, responsible for driving sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving aggressive growth targets. • This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing a sales team to sell software, data, platform and services in public record research such as UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and corporate services to various financial, legal and equipment leasing markets. • Utilizing a consultative sales approach and the ability to provide strategic insights to the CEO and management team is crucial. • Is also an individual contributor with their own new label revenue target. • Involves moderate to extensive travel as necessary.

Requirements

• College degree required, business-related field preferred • At least 7 years of outside sales and sales management experience with selling transactional services and online applications to the financial (asset-based lenders, commercial banks, factors, equipment leasing companies and/or SBA) and legal verticals • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and providing strategic vision as part of executive leadership
