📋 Description
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workgroup sessions, interviews, and surveys with diverse stakeholder groups across the network • Document Review and Research: Thoroughly review existing documentation related to previous modernization efforts and recommendations within the network • Data Analysis and Assessment: Determine the level of support required by different participant types within the network to streamline operations and reduce reliance on physical infrastructure • Journey Mapping: Develop detailed journey maps that illustrate the current and future state of the network from the perspectives of various user groups • Feasibility Study and Recommendations: Conduct a comprehensive feasibility analysis of proposed modernization options, including a detailed assessment of risks, benefits, and potential challenges • Reporting: Deliver a comprehensive feasibility study report outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations by September 30, 2025.
