Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and backend systems that meet product requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed product decisions that enhance user experience and business value. • Set engineering best practices and standards; lead by example to foster a culture of excellence. • Guide and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical and professional skills. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications. • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of professional software development experience. • Proficiency in Typescript, React / NextJs, Java. • Strong backend development skills with experience in Java + Spring, Python. • Experience with databases and understanding of data modeling. • Experience with Redis, Postgres, Snowflake, MongoDB are a plus. • Deep familiarity with AWS and deploying Dockerized stacks in Kubernetes. • Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
