We are in search of an exceptional Sales Development Representative to synergize our Business Development and Marketing strategies. • This pivotal role is tailored for a visionary professional adept at orchestrating high-impact lead-generation campaigns and excelling in both strategic oversight and tactical execution. • Key Responsibilities: • Strategize and implement robust lead generation programs to prospect new clients and identify fresh market opportunities, enhancing our market penetration. • Initiate contact with potential clients through a diversified outreach strategy encompassing cold calls, targeted campaigns, and strategic social media engagements. • Forge a strong collaboration with the Marketing team to craft compelling marketing strategies, refine communication messages, and align with the overarching sales objectives under the guidance of the Business Development Manager. • Cultivate and nurture preliminary leads to transition them to sales-ready stages, employing stringent qualification metrics and sustained engagement practices. • Expertly manage CRM tools to meticulously track, analyze, and report on lead generation initiatives, ensuring high data integrity and deriving actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales, or a closely related field, underscored by a consistent record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. • Superior communication and persuasion skills, with proficiency in crafting and delivering compelling narratives. • Preferably possesses experience within the technology sector, with a keen understanding of its dynamics and market drivers. • Autonomous in managing projects with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional corporate landscape. • Acute analytical acumen with a proven ability to discern trends, optimize workflows, and drive strategic decisions. • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms. • Only Malaysian may apply, we are not supporting for any Visa
