📋 Description
• Provides full service building consulting on YA projects. • Provides oversight of YA projects including engagement of the clients, service budget and timeline oversight, and assignment and management of YA consultants in the field. • Supports Managing Partner in the day-to-day management of the region including budgeting, planning and labor management. • Approves time and expenses for junior consultants. • Supports in regional growth by recruiting consultants and assisting in business development strategies and planning. • Provides development, training and mentoring to junior consultants. • Works with the admin and business development teams to resolve collection and other customer related issues. • Provides quality control reviews of junior consultant work product prior to submission to the client.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant construction, restoration, project management or insurance experience • Advanced Xactimate experience required • WRT, FSRT, HAAG or other appropriate industry certificates or certifications • Ability to travel required
