Description

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using React Native • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand and refine product requirements • Provide mentorship to your peers in the broader engineering team through code reviews and education on best practices

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, or equivalent degree/experience • 3+ years of proven experience in mobile application development using React Native • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and related technologies (ES6, TypeScript) • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle • Knowledge of UI/UX standards and mobile design principles • Experience with SQL databases like MySQL or Postgres • Confident with RESTful API design • Great with unit and functional testing and debugging • Experience in Git/GitHub and branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, etc. • Great at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
