• Design, build, and maintain features for domain applications • Provide technical leadership and manage dependencies • Help team members with technical blockers and support • Evaluate and implement new technologies • Contribute to architecture and design discussions • Participate in technical roadmap planning • Conduct technical interviews • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in backend engineering with NodeJS • Strong foundation in programming fundamentals • Excellent communication skills • Experience providing technical leadership, and mentoring others • Experience with Git and writing testable code • Experience in a fast-growing startup in on-demand services space is a plus • Deep knowledge of React and NodeJS
