Description

•Key role in increasing daily active users (DAUs) •Drive long-term engagement and improve user retention •Work on CRM initiatives for streak features and habit formation campaigns •Craft and optimize push notifications,email campaigns and in-app messages •Create seamless experiences to support retention and habit-building

Requirements

•3+ years of CRM experience •Led campaigns across push, email and in-app channels •Experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Iterable •Design personalized, timely notifications •Target new, active and returning users with tailored campaigns •Testing and refining campaigns through data insights •Work with product, marketing, design and analytics teams
