📋 Description
• Manage payroll processes for our international team ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with external partners across multiple countries • Serve as the go-to expert for team members on payroll, tax and employees administration matters • Support year-end closing activities in People & Culture • Handle all aspects of contract management from creation to amendments • Maintain and optimize employee records, reference letters, compliance documentation, social security and pension schemes • Oversee and improve processes related to vacation accruals, time-tracking and overtime management • Support seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees, including relocation support and benefits setup • Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes, automate workflows and improve efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an HR administration specialist, payroll specialist or in a similar role with exposure to international HR administration • Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll systems and compliance regulations, with prior experience in German companies • Degree in HR, human services, business administration or a related field • Fluent in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Quick to grasp new concepts, adapt to change and implement improvements in a dynamic environment • Proficient in Google applications and experienced in HR tools like Personio • Detail-oriented, highly organized and capable of working independently to meet deadlines • Passion for fostering a positive employee experience and culture-building • Familiarity with remote-first work environments, including supporting international teams and navigating cross-border HR complexities
