Description

• Global YO is seeking a skilled Head of Affiliates and Partnerships. • Optimize and expand our affiliate network for international travelers. • Analyze and enhance our affiliate program for competitiveness. • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for measurable results. • Proactively identify and onboard new partners. • Strengthen relationships with affiliates to maximize performance. • Conduct in-depth market research for the affiliate program. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams for strategy alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar role. • Proven success in building affiliate programs, securing partners, and achieving KPIs. • Experience in travel or telecom sectors ideal, or adaptable skills. • Proficient with partnership automation platforms like Impact and MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch). • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills. • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization. • Team leadership and cross-functional experience. • Fluent in English.
