Description

β€’ Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. β€’ Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients regarding the renewal of their policies. β€’ Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with clients. β€’ Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. β€’ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team objectives. β€’ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. β€’ Career Growth: Move towards a senior position or a team lead role.

Requirements

β€’ You have a valid AMF certification (bonus if you also have a valid RIBO certification!) β€’ You have at least 2 years of as an insurance broker or agent β€’ You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service β€’ You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills β€’ You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English β€’ You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
