• Assist clients with home and auto insurance needs • Answer coverage questions, offer personalized advice and complete policy modifications • Proactively reach out to clients regarding policy renewals • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with clients • Monitor personal performance and meet targets • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM • Work closely with the customer service team to achieve objectives • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities • Potential for career growth within the company

Requirements

• Valid AMF certification (bonus if RIBO certification!) • At least 2 years as an insurance broker or agent • At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English • Quick learner with an interest in technology
