• Customer service representative for fundraising agency • Engage with donors and new supporters • Work from home, full-time, with a collaborative team

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ customer service and call centre experience • You love talking to people and are a great communicator • Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST) • Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm) • A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported) • A professional work from home office space • High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up) • A USB headset and webcam
