Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in eCommerce and Mass Market, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven experience in driving significant sales growth and managing large-scale eCommerce operations. • Deep knowledge of mass market platforms and online sales tactics. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. • Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. • Experience launching and managing global eCommerce programs across diverse markets. • Expertise in digital marketing effectiveness for maximum value.
