Description

• ZAM Network is seeking an Assistant Controller for a highly visible role. • Core responsibility includes principal accounting resources for ZAM’s accounting activity and GAAP reporting. • Supports internal accounting policy and processes. • Responsible for ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and timely. • Guiding decision-making with financial statements and reports. • Assist in compliance, audits, and monitoring internal controls. • Serve as the hub for intercompany accounting, managing department transactions, and reconciliation of account activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Accounting required • CPA designation required • Auditing experience in public accounting desirable. • Extraordinary Excel / PowerPoint skills • Proficiency in IRFS, US GAAP and Regulatory reporting. • Good judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability and willingness to wear many hats; has a roll up your sleeves can do attitude • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment along with being proactive and organized • Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
