• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns. • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs, and a competitive landscape. • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams. • Oversee the creation of marketing materials. • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. • Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms and online presence. • Organize and execute promotional events, and webinars. • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, media and industry influencers. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing. • Digital marketing exposure in ITES based organization is mandatory. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
