You will be instrumental in ensuring that Michael & Associates continues to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

•Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in multiple industries. •Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, including experience with applicant tracking systems. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. •Ability to build relationships and establish a rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
