•Michael & Associates, Attorneys At Law is a leading criminal defense law firm based in Austin, Texas. •Seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for our team. •Play a critical role in recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting and nurturing candidate relationships. •Conduct market research and utilize innovative sourcing techniques. •Collaborate with hiring managers to create targeted sourcing strategies aligned with firm's goals. •Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Requirements

•Experience in sourcing candidates using various platforms and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events. •Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members. •Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously. •Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
