• At Zego, we change traditional motor insurance for good drivers. • The Customer Service Executive supports customers directly via phone, email, and LiveChat. • Assisting with new and existing business leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Work remotely while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Proven skills in a target-driven customer sales and service environment, ideally in a call centre setting. • Obsessive about customer experience and act as an advocate for customer needs. • Able to listen to customers and provide advice and support. • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively. • Good understanding of GDPR rules and regulations; able to use multiple systems simultaneously. • Ideally, experience in insurance or an FCA regulated business.
